Return requests must be made within 30 days that the order has been placed.
You must contact us before sending anything back or we will not authorize the return.
Due to the nature of our custom products, any custom or special orders (such as Custom DTF’s) are not returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged material must be first reported to the carrier before being reported to us. Any damage claims will be handled first by the inspection report of the carrier.
If you’ve received the wrong item and it was defective/damaged you will incur no additional shipping charges. We may provide you a shipping label to return the defective product to us before sending you a replacement or refund.
Please allow 3-7 business days after our receipt of your return for the refund or exchange to be processed.
